I love to do circuit training, jogging, hiking, cycling and especially jump roping (500 x). Im also a yoga and Pilates guru. The best cardio out of everything I enjoy is dancing. In fact at the gym, when the aerobic room is available, I put on my favorite jams and lose myself in rhythm. Works up a good sweat and I feel exhilarated after. Detoxing is healthy as well especially on the colon which can eliminate a lot of the bulge. At my best weight, I was doing serious strength training, boot camp, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, hip hop dance, jump roping and running up to 17+ miles a week. I know it sounds extreme, but I do enjoyed it and had a tremendous amount of energy. Ive started back making my protein green smoothies (w/spinach, kale, almond milk, protein powder and fruits of my choice). Also started doing Insanity, jogging indoors, strength training at the gym and always Yoga. Got a ways to go to reduce, define but keep the curves. Excited with all the pics, tips and stories you ladies are sharing. So inspiring! Cant wait to see everyones results! ❤️
