I love working here at the ranch. Best part is I get to cook breakfast, Lunch and supper during the day....but do to the work part its kinda cooking on the run food....no plan...just find it and cook it...fun though....thanks to my walking ethnic joke heritage and the kitchens I grew up in. For example this day....Breakfast: Spanish Tortilla ala uncle Enrique, basically a potato and egg omelet....just way cooler and tastier....Lunch: Chicken Chili Verde and Mexican style shrimp cocktail...cause I had chicken and shrimp plus the other stuff that was growing in the garden....Dinner: Pasta with zucchini, garlic, basil and tomato...why?...yep you guessed it....hit the garden again...Whats up for tomorrow?...not sure...have some cod we caught at the coast.... and that buck on the hill outside looks like hes about to commit suicide....kidding....maybe....
