I love working with those new to fitness and those who just want a little extra push or help to take things a little further. I get the same proud feeling seeing a client fit in their old jeans as I do seeing a first time competitor reach the stage as I do the seasoned competitor improve their physique as I do when any of them get a placing. They are all goals, theyre all getting reached and then you set a new one. If youre 50lbs overweight and want to win the overall bikini title in 12 weeks no it probably wont happen . But we can work on that! Set an attainable goal and then when we reach that set another and so on. Dont get frustrated because you cant see yourself at the end right away, set smaller goals along the way and lets start checking them off and build up confidence and momentum towards even more success!
