I made flakey peanut butter pop tarts recipe as follows but I have a few tips so follow them, ;) Peanut butter and jelly pop tarts; 1 1/2 cups flour (more for rolling if needed) 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and same of baking powder 1/4 or less cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter (the oilier the better... trust me) Mix dry ingredients, Crumble in peanut butter, if you have oily peanut butter it will form a dough, if not add a teaspoon of milk or two until doughy consistency and roll out into balls and roll and flatten into shape. You will want to fork some holes in the top layer and then add fruit spread inside ( not jam.. you dont want pectin) and as the pics show layer the top holed one on the fruit covered bottom layer, sprinkle sugar on top,bake at 350 until golden on both sides and fruit is oozing out. Enjoy hot, and or the next day toasted again,. .. =)
