I made this cake. Servings: 4 1 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 teaspoon bakingsoda 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 egg 1/2 cup milk Extra: cinnamon-sugar mixture Directions: 1Turn on oven to 425 degrees. 2Mix dry and wet ingredients. 3Pour into round cake pan (butter pan first). 4Mix extra cinnamon and sugar together in bowl and pour on top of batter. 5Put in the oven for 5 (five) minutes. 6Turn the oven down to 325 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes.
