** I made this for athletes mainly.. Dont be worried about sodium in ur diet you need it!! If you sweat, you need sodium in your diet... how much? well that depends... Sodium is an electrolyte that plays a vital role in the regulation of body fluids. ok so with that in mind if your lifestyle is not geared towards healthy eating habits and regular exercise you should watch your sodium intake so your not off balance or at risk.. If your an athlete or anyone who excercises regularly you are probably losing moderate to large amounts of sodium, and to keep up optimum performance during physical exertion you need to have a healthy dose of sodium in your diet... its actually considered a supplement in my diet, just like whey protein or creatine u buy at supp stores... it has many great benefits... if you are overweight or have high blood pressure you may want to consider finding the correct nutritional support & start hitting the gym even for just cardio to start... adding sodium if you havent already will improve your endurance, strength, & recovery... to avoid to much water retention... drink more water. ENJOY BETTER PUMPS WHEN TRAINING as well ;)
