I made this yesterday evening, and it was amazing. Yes I said WAS. Cause it is alllll gone! It didnt make it past ten pm. The tart flavor of the cranberries with the sweetness of the filling. Perfect blend. It makes its own crust, edges were brown and crispy. I will be making this one again. Its just too easy. I had a bag of fresh cranberries. I cut the berries in half, and used vanilla extract instead of almond, cause thats what I had on hand. Yum Yum.
