I may be down but Im not out. I still wear the uniform. I still have enough time to serve my highers in the best way I can. I will give my all for them. I cant count the number of blessings theyve given me. I want to return any and all acts of kindness. They tried. They honestly tried and theyre STILL trying. I cant ignore that. I got so used to facing my trials alone that the possibility that someone wanted to work WITH me and not against me was foreign to me. Not even in intimate relationships. My significant others have always, one way or another, left me to rot. If they werent the actual problem, they did anything but solve it. My entire firsts were here in Colorado. A good chain, a good unit, a good environment... and the likelihood I could for once be attracted to someone who may not end up disliking me in the end. Its an interesting feeling. Even if he never stands with me in the end, he was the first to treat me the way he had. I will always be grateful. Thank you all for being so wonderful...
