I may get white van-ed for this. So if I go MIA, you know why ;) Sri Lanka is a multicultural country yes? Majority is Sinhalese yes? ( think of the number... how many votes) So we had a war between the Tamils and the Sinhalese, yes? We ALL owe gratitude to the honourable person who won the war. The win was the number of Sinhalese votes as bonus. Yes? Then we had peace. Nothing happened, yes? I mean no war or dispute against the Sinhalese, yes? So far so good.. Next.. The religion named/labelled as the religion of terrorism is? Islam, yes? What do we do when the gas cylinder is over? We buy a new one to keep the fire BURNING, yes? So what do we do, create issues between people? Or a minority of the population? Why?? THINK. We all can agree that back in the day, despite the war we were united. Exchanges of sweets for Awrudhu, Tamil new year, Christmas and Eid was a ritual. I remember making latterns with my dad every single year for Vesak. My mother has taught me the little Buddhism she knew. We didnt have so much hatred as we did in OUR COUNTRY. This is not about religion. THINK! Yudde dinna. Chandeth dinanna ona neh. Peace to all ♡
