I met Mona first time last year and the following meetings reaffirmed my earlier impression that she is a humble, committed, hard-working, and caring student leader. Its rare that you encounter such a combination in student leaders who tend to become aloof as they rise the ranks. Mona Maleki is one of the few student leaders who know how to create bridges between the students and executives who serve them while ensuring that everyone gets due credit for their work.
