I met the kindest lady today...she had me go in front of her in line at our Pahrump WalMart & then when she saw me take out some watercolors that I had mumbled to my son that I probably shouldnt get due to the price, she asked what they were for....when I told her they were some new watercolors I wanted my students to try, she said, Oh! youre a Teacher? I am buying them for you! She insisted lol What a sweet angel....I had the regular water colors in my basket too, but I really wanted to try something more high quality as we are doing a Monet piece tomorrow....We have done Picasso, Van Gogh, and Wegman so far - getting ready for our class Spring Art Show in May - so excited to see them interact with staff and their peers as they discuss their art...I am truly blessed to teach such amazing students! I love my job :)
