This proposed zoning change is to build a multi family development at the NE corner of US 377 and Brush Creek Drive. The subject property is partially within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) and partially within the city limits of Denton. The portion within the City of Denton is zoned Neighborhood Residential 1 (NR-1). The applicant has proposed a voluntary annexation and rezoning to NRMU to facilitate the plans submitted.
