I must submit the following: I know some that will read this and many that have expressed views on both sides of the issue at hand have had extensive experience with Felony Arrests, Arraignments, Preliminary Hearing and Grand Jury Presentations. They are aware of the purposes, dynamics and practices in each of these with the overall objective of establishing the guilt or innocence of any potential Felony Suspect. I can say without the slightest doubt, this particular Grand Jury Proceeding was a COMPLETE SHAM! In addition, I am particularly question the timing of the announcement and purpose of same. It is hard, to the point of being almost impossible to understand why they made such an announcement at 8 pm! I am sure any Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Sociology expert, Law Enforcement Professional consulted would have advised an 8 or 9 am announcement. Criminals and Cowards find Courage in the Dark! Decent People would have had all daylight hours to calm their emotions and discourage those ignorant few! The failure to use Good Judgement appears to have been almost purposeful! At this late stage in my life, I dont think I have become some conspiracy nut. So, please dont go there with me when I say this. I suspect it was expected, if not planned. A diversionary Tactic to take the focus off Wilson and deflect the attention onto unruly Protesters. There was no chance to avoid the violence with that untimely announcement! Thanks for allowing me to have my say. IMHO
