I must take this opportunity to confirm how disgusted I am in your service for want of a better word, giving clients a come on by advertising trips to Walvis Bay and back at R2500-00 and after I booked almost immediately back pedelling by offering other cheap cruises {cruise to nowhere} with a pat on the back. You are not covered by any legal jargon, as you tried to convince me and remain responsible for your actions. If you cannot stand the heat in the kitchen, get out!! It is said that a ship without a captain is soon s captain without a ship and trust this will not be a forerunner for your unavailibility. I have now waited how long for Karen to phone me back after explaining the situation but realise now that she was in fact back pedelling and not capable of honouring her businesss commitment. I can only warn all tagged in the post that I am sending around to be totally aware of your modus operandi and to rather work with businesses who are genuine and stand good for what you claim to be a mistake. Sorry but to me and probably many other disgusted clients South Africa Travel on line is bad news!!!!
