I need a favor. After repeated requests to the King County Prosecutor via Major Crimes, they refuse to present Tods case to the program Cold Justice saying it should only be used as a last resort. After almost 29 years theres been no confession or anyone willing to testify that his killers told them of their crime so Id say were at the LAST RESORT. These programs normally only take requests from law enforcement but Im hoping if enough people send a request they will at least take a look at it. If you just give a brief description in that Tod Berkebile,17 years old was shot to death approx. 8:30-9:00 pm and left to die on a logging road on Nov. 29th, 1986. The murder weapon has been recovered and the main suspect was arested and held for 72 hours, then released as the Prosecutor deemed the case circumstantial. There is overwhelming evidence against this man and I feel with a fresh look his killer (s) can finally be brought to justice.
