I need a rant. Yesterday I was coming into my apartment building, and this guy is sitting outside on his phone, literally doing nothing with the phone up to his ear in silence. Im carrying Payton in her car seat, my purse, her diaper bag and all 6 bags of groceries I had just gotten while trying to open the door. Had to put Payton down while I hold the door open for myself with my own foot and as I was picking her up looked at him and said, thanks for getting the door. Was that rude of me??? What is wrong with people?! I know if that was me I would be helping that person carry their groceries the rest of the way. Is something like this too much for a person to do for another stranger? Come on people!!! Have a kind heart. Sheesh.
