I need to Praise The Lord! He is so good and cares about every little detail in our lives if we let Him, Hannah and Benjamin bought their Dad a Christmas gift a few days ago, but in the mean time they found a different model so they ordered it. In the mean time I cant remember where I place the receipt for the other gift that was on Hannahs charge card she needed to return it and get a refund. I have searched for two days for that receipt. Went thru trash cans, coat pockets, drawers, clothes pockets all the time praying out loud asking God for His help. I said Lord I need that receipt, you know exactly where it is please help me. I went to the doctor today had supper with our kids in Huntington in the mean time Hannah tries to return the item and they say no we need the receipt. She calls us on the way home and says where are you? They wont give me a refund Mom without the receipt. I come on up the road again I said out loud Lord where did I put that thing? In a still small voice in the car He says to my heart Beth when you get in the House take your top drawer out of your dresser. Seriously that is what He said to me, I come in the house take my coat off and go to our bedroom and pull my top dresser drawer out and guess what is hanging off the clothes in the drawer below? đ đ đ the receipt! Yes it was! I said well a Praise The Lord! God is so good! I say all of this to say how much more value is one soul than a stupid receipt. Monday at Good News Club 3 more kids prayed and invited a Jesus Christ to be their personal Savior. As I prayed with them and listen to them invite Him in. I could not help but think of the Angels in Heaven rejoicing and celebrating!!! Now that is something to really be excited for! Thanks Lord for caring about everything in my life!
