I need to go back to my Constitutional Law Class & have a redo…..better yet, I need my Political Science Degree Revoked I sure thought in America, laws were made in Congress (with any revenue bills having to start in the House) and that any changes to a law are only allowed by Congress? Executive orders are used supposedly to issue regs on enforcement of laws passed…….but now this is the 2nd act in the Healthcare Bill of the President changing a law by executive order (waiving business mandate and now this 1 year extension of individual plans). Sorry, this just isnt Constitutional and I cant figure out why nobody is talking about that…….and people always say…nothing could ever happen here in the US--weve got the Constitution! Well, if you dont adhere to the rules set up by it….does it matter?
