I need to rant a little. (LONG POST) So of course everyone here knows I use tumblr frequently and we all know how much social justice there is on tumblr as well. Some of it is outrageously inaccurate, biased, man-hating, and untrue. But the basic ideas of feminism and body acceptance and anything good about the LGBT movement is pushed aside because the majority of the internet sees us as a bunch of whiny twats when we have valuable ideas that can change a LOT about society. But instead, nooo, instead the bullying of minorities, which is alive and well, will keep happening because people are so afraid of being wrong about their normal lifestyles that they ignore change. Fat shaming, transphobia, homophobia, racism, and more are caused by this unwillingness to change and people claiming that were whining. Dont ever stop speaking. Things change. Itll take time and effort but they will. This goes out to you, my friends, who might be struggling with some form of oppression. Dont let them win. ~Noir
