I never made an opinion about climate change so I decided to - TopicsExpress

I never made an opinion about climate change so I decided to finally do some research and make an opinion. There seems to be a lot of credible evidence that we are causing climate change, but there also seems to be a lot of credible evidence saying were not. I am not a climate scientist so I cant understand the real reports and I know from reading peoples explanations of psychology studies that the pop-article is often not what is in the real article. I found this website climatedepot/ that has a shit ton of peer reviewed reports that show counter-arguments, and I found this website skepticalscience/ that is made to show counter-arguments for the counter-arguments in the previous site. I have yet to find the website that gives counter-arguments to the counter-arguments of the counter-arguments. To be honest, it gives me a headache. In all seriousness, I cant even really follow all of the arguments and counterarguments for my own profession when it comes to which therapeutic technique is the most beneficial (theres studies upon studies of arguments and counterarguments and everyone hangs out in their camps working on studies to support their argument that they decided was the right one a decade previously. You just have to read as much as you can and make an opinion, otherwise you sit with your thumb up your ass in the office not doing any therapy.) I have tried to read a lot of these climate studies but like I said, most goes over my head. I thought that I would need to make an opinion because it seems that this argument is being tainted by politics and world-views, and if I found that it was true--that we are destroying the planet with CO2--then I would need to vote for regulations. I dont know what to think though. Since I cant make a decision, it might be time to contemplate Pascals Wager.
