I never understood this verse from the wisest man in the bible, now I know because I am going through these season in my life. I picked up one of my books and started reading again and it just hit me in the heart (the power of the Holy Spirit): From the book - One-Minute Prayers in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 - A Time For Everything: There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend. A time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace: Prayer, Lord, I pray to understand what season I am in now. Reveal to me what this time is about in my life. Guide me toward the lessons I should take hold of. Stop me from making this time into a season that is not of You. Let this time of difficulty give way to a time of celebration and peace. I search my future for the new season that will surely come, this verse help me to be silent and pray for my Mighty God that saves to help me through the power of His impartation, the Holy Spirit. I could only forgive, love, show mercy through Him who gives me strength. I praise my Holy Father for always surrounding my families with mercy and grace.
