I once read this….When the details of the decision to kill Bin Laden became available. President Obama had to be completely satisfied. He looked at all the facts and had properly weighed the pros and cons, he took charge, stepped up to the challenge and made the decision to send in the Seals. Read that? He made the DECISION! He never posted on Facebook comparing himself with Tony Blair. Nor did he talk of his great working relationship with VP Biden saying other country leaders should learn from him. Those are his qualities. But, his innate desire to bring about change in any corporate environment would be so frustrated were he to be a CEO of some organisation. They say that his enormous intellect and vision would need freedom to explore ideas and the authority to examine and retest findings. He would likely not be a good fit for a corporate role. Now I know why some people can be CEOs of some organisations, but not leaders….and vice versa - League of Pissed Off Voters
