I only took this photo to share with the girls that chipped in, but I am so excited for this afternoon & what a great venue to share! A mom in a local FB mommys group Im in posted on Tuesday, just to vent. Utility cutoff notices, phone is getting turned off, no food, no gas, and next payday is next month (shes a teacher). We dont have extra cash to help with utilities, but we have extra food, and this is what a couple of us came up with just in a day! I work where she lives so Im delivering it today. I plan to get some more when I go grocery shopping for my own family, and Im sure we can continue to help until she gets paid again. It made my heart explode when I gathered everything in my car & saw how much we came up with in just ONE DAY! The power of love for others is unstoppable.
