I own and manage three companies. Im drowning in work and motherhood to my two young boys, because I work from home while the kids are around. Business is wonderful, but Im having to consider turning down new clients because I just dont have the bandwidth. Ive considered hiring an assistant, but Im the only person who can answer my clients questions and make decisions on project time and cost. I need to solve this issue in order to remain effective and grow my business, but am at a loss for how to get there.
