I partially listened to the RB II debate yesterday and by far Hon - TopicsExpress

I partially listened to the RB II debate yesterday and by far Hon Masitara was the most dominant of the three debaters. This is the second time I have had the gentleman sell himself to voters. His arguments are always constructive and to the point with live examples. I profiled him on this two occasions and he indeed is among the most remarkable politician of our time. I understand why Mrs Anna Motlhagodi is constantly losing...zero content. BCP promises nothing but dreams to voters. The two years waiting list is nothing but a fallacy. She needs to be reminded that in the SADC region we have better land policies. I am not saying that I am complacent with the long waiting times in urban areas, but we need be realistic when making promises to the public/voters. Servicing land and employment are equally difficult areas to satisfy. More especially in a developing country like ours. Everything has to be started from the beginning, urban areas and rural areas across the country in order to service. No matter how much we have, such projects will deplete our resources if embarked on without thoroughly evaluating the need. So where will BCP get the money. She also touched on the minimum wage they will increase, but failed to indicate by how much their increment will be. I guess thats a subject they will avoid, because they will be called on their bluff. In all honesty, employment arguments in Botswana are relative. The manual sector is mostly dominated by immigrants from Zimbabwe, because many locals dont want to do the kind of jobs. The young Pitlwane is very angry to be trusted with responsibility or office, according to me. That may have been a debate, but it does not mean we should abandon our Both. The two were his elders.... I dont think I need to say more.
