I passed a officer this morning giving a sobriety test and thought boy it would suck to be him today (-7 Fahrenheit) or any day. Due to the enormous amount of opinions and shared stories ( which I chose to respect all my friends opinions ) on the police and Ferguson, racist claims etc. etc. I felt compelled to do a little research on crime in America. Searching for statistics not opinions. I was going to share my opinion but instead just wanted to share a few articles I found interesting. The 2014 statistics on crime from the FBI I believe have not been posted so I used 2013. The hey jackass reports, although the name sounds shady, the numbers seem to be spot on. All I will say is for all the Americans with a genuine care for us all (black, white, brown, yellow, red...) why arent the same people protesting the police actively protesting or engaging in ways to help the communities from a much larger threat for African Americans. Which is black on black crime. I question peoples intentions and wonder which leaders are truly engaged with helping the communities and innocent bystanders where these terrible statistics are happening every day. And remember the United States politicians ALWAYS have ploitical agenda. And its not for the citizens best interest if you dont already know. Thanks for reading!
