I posted....a test block yesterday for a quilt that I am going to make for myself....(always makes them for others...but not me)...this is my first one for myself....I really appreciate the positive response...but one remark stood out...and she was right...I am using yellows and golds in the center...and to be honest I was using colors I had on hand...and was ok with this...not ecstatic which I want..to be overjoyed...so I am changing everything around the fist picture is of the test block...second picture is of proposed fabric...I thought it best to keep things light and dark...and not make a distinction of color ..........ps...lol I was trying to edit the other remark and deleted it instead....
