I preach every day to everyone that in the end what matters is people. The people we love and the people we are charged with caring for. I waste so much precious time stressing about things, situations when all that matters is people. What we bring to the lives of others and what they bring to us, that is what its all about. I talk the talk but I do not walk the walk. Two very precious six year olds reminded me of all this tonight. Their brief but most loving and wonderful call was the highlight of my day. The ten miserable hours of stressing about nonsense is gone and I end my day with a smile and a heart full of gratitude to the Lord for placing two more precious lives in the midst of mine.
