I propose that every citizen of the United States be provided with a Home, and guaranteed the inalienable right to a roof over their head in perpetuity, and guaranteed also a annual minimum wage that is adequate to provide food and security for their families. This is only right. And only that which IS morally right shall be a Constitutional right. If we need to amend or rewrite the Constitution to make this happen, So Be it. That is what Constitutional conventions are all about – to secure rights guaranteed to us under our Declaration of Independence. The right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
