CNC Machinist CNC Machinist/Programmer Set-Up Machinist (if you are) Journeyman CNC Machinist (If you are) CNC Lathe Operator (most are) CNC Mill Operator... These Companys Act like we are Replaceable, I got news for you. All the Baby Boomers are retiring and there isnt Enough bodys to fill the boots. As our Economy continues to improve that problem will only get Worse! If your a Journeyman as Me dont Take No Shit, there looking for a Reason to postpone your Raise. Move on to another company with better Pay, Better Benes, PTO. And watch them Scramble to Train Your Replacement!! I Cant WAIT to go Union!! But I dont know any Union Machinists...
