I read a sad story in the Sunday News yesterday. It was sad but did make me angry at the end. A married man wants to sleeps with a married woman. The woman demands they go together for VCT. The man, who by the way is HIV positive, goes to his wife who is a nurse and spins her some yarn about a job with a NGO but they want a HIV test and asks her to use her position and get him a negative HIV test. Sure enough the wife connives with a friend and gets him the Ngative Test result certificate that he sends via whatsapp to his girlfriend as proof that he is OK. Fortunately, the girlfriends husband stumbled upon the whatsapp message before the did could be done. Fine. Married people still cheat. But if you are positive do you need to go to that extent just to spread HIV? Thats so unfair.
