I read from Daily Observer that WFP awarded contract to Guinean truckers union to transport food to ebola patients in Liberia. The general rational is people working with ebola food distribution are not honest. They are in the habit of stealing and selling the food provided by WFP. WFP, I believe is frustrated by Liberian Truckers stealing the ebola food and selling it. Do you blame WFP? I support that hundred percent. In November, A Liberian truck transported 200 bags of rice intended for ebola patients from Sanniquellie to Ganta in Nimba County to be sold by staff from the county health team. In the final analysis, prosecutors claimed that they did not find sufficient proof to convict those that stole that food. The proofs were there, because the food were transported from Sanniquellie to Ganta on its way to saclepea. Two weeks ago, another 200 bags of rice, 30 containers of oil and and 20 bags of beans again intended for ebola patients were diverted from its way to Grand Bassa to Margibi County. WFP is just tired with the too much foolishness by county officials and the truckers. Lets try the Guinean truckers too since, because we Liberian are not honest to ourselves and the people who are suffering from the deadly ebola virus
