I really believe being a good leader is to be like Jesus in the sense of righteous judgment. God is no respecter of persons which has the literal meaning of recognizing the face. What made Jesus different is his 100% unity to the truth. And to speak it no matter who it is and their position. A lack of justice is to defend your friends and not hear a situation out and its consequences because of your friends. True justice is where you will turn your friends in because you demonstrate righteous judgment. A good leader is like a good judge in a courtroom. He makes the decision because it is just no matter who it is.
