I really enjoyed stepping out of my comfort zone yesterday. I had a personal training session for strength training/weight training. What a buzz to learn some new moves and get technique advice. For me it was great to be instructed for a change. But I hurt today and for a second I think its too hard but nah I KNOW it will get easier :) So to anyone whos worried about starting a class or coming to Bootcamp, I promise I know what it feels like to be new at something. My aims as an instructor are simple. 1. Look after new starters 100%. 2. Keep the committed regulars happy. I will never forget what it was like to a) walk into a gym and enquire and then sign up b) walk on to the gym floor c) use gym equipment d) stand outside and wait for a class e) do the class f) come back to the class I will look after you! So come along to any of the gyms I work at or try Bootcamp this Sunday :)
