I really felt for this young man... Like Him, I have been bullied... Not because Im gay, Just because I was different... I was shy/introverted (yes I know you wouldnt believe that now!) I was bullied whilst at school I spoke nicely and I was with a ton of people less fortunate than me.... I was prime fodder I was also bullied about 7 years ago....at work.... I had spoken up to my Manager and so my new HR manager decided To pick on me... It went on for a year. What we need to remember is that the bullies Dont Hate you. They are Not happy people themselves... I saw a Lady Gaga quote the bullies and the victim are in the same boat Absolutely - The Bullies only bully because they dont feel good themselves... When you Get this - It allow you to take your own Power Back.... MY answer - We need to be teaching Kids how to Feel Good about themeselves At School AND At Home Personal Development needs to be on the Curriculum I dont care if people think its mumbo jumbo It works....Its allowed me to be the Person I am Today... Where I stand Up for others...... Fortunately Scott knows hes a good kid..... So are the bullies - they just need HELP.... Thanks Darlene for sharing this...
