I really had a great experience buying from Ted Britt Ford. All the staff was extremely helpful, especially Mike Kennedy whose approach I admired for several reasons including 1. Follow-up, 2. Straight-forwardness and trustworthiness, 3. Effort. In fact, the entire sales staff with whom I dealt exhibited these attributes. I also had great interactions with the post-sale folks including Sabrina Morgan and Lisa Light-- everyone had a great sense of humor and were incredibly helpful.
