I really need prayers please. I am starting to get really upset with today. I talked to a Dr. his brain bleed is on the motor function side and he said that Gedeons hands are showing signs of cerebral palsy idk if thats how you spell it. This is not what I want for my child I want him to run, play, and just be a healthy baby. I snapped at a nurse she heard what the Dr. Said about him most likely being blind, deaf, unable to eat on his own, unable to clean him self or use the bath room. He would most likely be mentally retarded he said and they are sure he will have cerebral palsy because of how he has his hands. The nurse was talking while I was watch him and she said stuff like how terrible it would be to be in a body unable to see, hear, eat, move, or do anything for your self and be trapped. She said she knows we will make the right call when the time is right and quality of life. I coukdnt believe it. Gedeon is not my burden or something that we can just say well I wont have time to feed him and help him so lets let him go. This is our son my little gift no matter what I love him and will not lose faith he needs his mom and dad and God. I want my son to run and play. See sun shine and hear us. To get his first break up and get married one day. I love my little man and I pray that he will defy all odds and come out with nothing debilitating, but if he does I will be there to care and love him. Please pray for me right now we knew this was a possibility to happen but for him to say he seems to already be showing signs is very hard to swallow as a parent.....I love you Gedeon Gutierrez and I am so proud of you and so happy to call you my son. Please keep fighting I want you with us at home. No matter what I love you baby and cant wait to take you home....God please help our son he needs you to get through this, and so do we. We have faith in you and know you have a plan for all of this.
