I really need some impartial advice, my kids dad and I have been split up for couple yrs we have a special daughter and a just turned 5yr old boy, they see their dad one night a wk through court order. This last month or 2 their dad has started taking our son out to meet his new partner and her kids leaving our daughter with his mum, I myself dont have anyone around my kids unless its family and Im not entirely happy with their dad doing this, mainly because I dont think in the 24hrs a wk he has them that there is any need for her to be involved as visits are at his mothers and he isnt in a serious relationship yet with this new woman! Meaning he doesnt live with her their not getting married and not having a child, so I honestly cant c the need for our kids to be involved with her and her kids just yet! Am I over reacting or do u agree theres no need for interaction between my kids and her and her kids? Also we had a similar incident before and my son was coming home upset and court ordered no women around kids unless related as the dad was telling our son the womans daughters were his sisters and he was getting confused and frustrated after visits which Im again seeing signs of this time but not as severe, (yet).
