I recently intimated that the women of the ANC can just make a persons heartbeat suddenly stop through their lack of will and determination to stand up against men in the movement on issues affecting them in particular and the women of this country in general. This was after only one woman out of eight ANC run provinces was appointed premier. But that is water under the bridge now. The question that I now want to ask is this: Is it just a coincidence that Maya Angelo, a prominent political activist in her own right, who I learn was married to a prominent PAC member, passes on less than a month after the Pan Africanist Congress lost any representation in this countrys parliament? This after its leaders had been involved never ending factional and power struggles? No man Ma-Afrika, show us the way and come clean. Accept some responsibility here. Tell us, what really happened to Maya? Are you not in anyway responsible for her passing? Put another way, dont you think you have inadvertantly contributed to fastracking her departure?
