I recognize that Ive been a Director of Operations for over 23 years now. Working countless hours on the job, no vacations when I took the position at the age of 17, no breaks, no PTO, working on sick days, no pay and during holidays and during times when my children needed me most my work responsibilities always seemed to increase. I also recognize that this job has no retirement plan, 401k nor pension. My compensation is seeing my sons do well, that Ive done my job to the best of my abilities and was able to remain in the position ONLY by Gods grace! Happy Mothers Day to all Directors of Operations, Not just the ones who take the job for granted but to the ones who do their job no matter what!!
