I remember before I joined as a coach I had NO CLUE what the heck it was all about. I was in love with their workout programs and I saw a tweet about coaching so I asked some questions. I THOUGHT it was going to be awkward, gross, icky sales type stuff (which I HATED) and I thought I would have to do a bunch of home parties and I never thought I would be able to do it because I was shy, insecure, and from a SUPER small town. What I realized was that was ALL FALSE! I still had my doubts and fears but those things I could work on with personal development BUT what the company was about and what coaching actually was all about was WAY DIFFERENT than I thought. Tomorrow Im starting a quick 5 day group where I will give ANYONE and EVERYONE a behind the scenes look into what I ACTUALLY do for a living (a pretty FABULOUS living I might add lol) in case you have the wrong idea about coaching like I once had.
