I remember hearing about mind control stuff when I was in the Navy. I thought it was all bs, but they would regularly recruit from our unit. I didnt think much of it, until years after I got out, and starting reading and hearing more and more how the government uses these experiments to create the perfect soldier. The people who were recruited from our unit never came back. Wasnt alot of people, just like 3 or 4. But looking back on this stuff, and seeing stuff like this, just makes sense now. This poor subject, was only 4 years old when her father forced her into the program. Apparently a common thing. I just cant fathom forcing your 4 year old little girl into any sort of experiments. What the hell is wrong with people. And this video was from the 70s, poor girl went thru this in the 60s. In todays day and age, I cant even imagine what they go thru.
