I remember many years ago back in my Ronnis wing days..my sister Stephanie Smith came and ate at the restaurant..I made her a philly chicken that day...I remember sis tellin me that I Just might make it as a cook...since thene I have put in alot of sweat and time becoming who I am today..IVE stood in the hottest kitchens and worked through the hardest rushes ever imagined..my accomplishments in the past year has inspired me to pursue my dream...So sis that one statement many years ago made me feel like I was somebody AND I still think of that day often...if plans go well...by next fall I would love to enroll in Guilford Tech culinary art school...youve always said it doesnt matter what we do as long as we do what we love...so when I walk across that stage to get my diploma. ..I hope you will be there...yall watch and see...DREAMS DO COME TRUE
