I remember sitting in the stands about this time of year in 2010 with a plastered smile on my face because I was so excited that my step daughter Tatum was nominated for middle school homecoming. In the stands tickled to death for her reveling in her beauty and watching her excitement. I.was 7 months pregnant with Aubrey and as thrilled that I was to be carrying a beautiful bun in the oven,.my heart.also was breaking into a.million pieces. Why you may ask? Because as excited as I.was for Tatum I was that much more sad for Aubrey .Im a positive person and I try not too let things sneak in to my brain sometimes it just happens..I remember watching her walk out onto the field so beautiful and classy.and in that tiny little dark spot in the back of my head it happened......DOUBT!! I had a melt down because all those negative thoughts ran through my brain, Aubrey wont have this chance,.Aubrey wont be chosen to walk out on that field and be recognized for the beautiful girl she is!! Who says??? Not me anymore.....MISS Aubrey can and will do absolutely anything she sets her mind to and I dont suggest standing in her way...this girl has.a determination like no other!! This video is proof I believe in anything!!
