I remember taking a trip on my own when I was in high school - I stopped to take a whole roll of film --- yup, of cows! I remember when we got the photos back that my dad just did not understand, why in the world I would take all those pictures of COWS!!! I love them! I love their faces, their bellies! They are so much fun to paint! Whenever I am trying to get back into painting after a long break - I will paint a cow portrait, they are so forgiving; in that you can do absolutely anything, and the cow wont ask you to change her nose! These are a couple of my favorites. Morning Blush is ALL about the edges! And Wise One, well, I just love the look in her eye. Daisy, is from awhile back.... so you can hopefully see some progression in my painting. Day 3 of 5 for the challenge....enjoy.
