I remember when I was in Tikrit Iraq, that whenever terrorists fired a rocket or a mortar toward our base, within seconds our guns would respond by neutralizing the source of the fire. It was understood by the enemy that as soon as they launched their missile or mortar that they would have to run for their lives because within minutes the site of origin of the fire would be attacked. Notice how the monster who fired the mortar at Israel in this video runs for his life as soon as he sets it to fire, but he leaves a group of CHILDREN right there to watch, to be sitting ducks when the inevitable counter fire comes from the IDF. This is the most horrifying and disgusting thing I have ever seen.
