MAN OF STEEL had a Wayne Enterprises satellite and other references to a larger universe, and BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE will only further establish it with Batman and Wonder Woman coming into the picture. The heroes dont each need preexisting movies before coming together, the moment these characters from different franchises meet will create a shared universe. Warner Bros. is not taking the same route Marvel Studios did when creating the Marvel Cinematic Universe. People need to stop comparing DCs films to Marvels. (Andrew Gifford)
