I returned from my VA trip last night, physically tired, but emotionally renewed by the wonderful time I had and the wonderful people and horses who were with me. Halloween is taken very seriously in the neighborhood where my surrogate grandkids live, and it was so fun to go around with my granddaughter and share in the delight of the community. I then drove to Orlean, where I was teaching several days. Nov 1 & 2 a cold front moved through with high winds . Despite the challenging conditions, everyone bundled up and did lessons outside. The horses were so cooperative, which kept at least our hearts warm! Later days were much more comfortable. Thank you again from the depths of my heart to all of you and your support after my post about Andy. You are cherished!
