I rode in the rain today. Forty miles. I was not alone. Somewhere on the Erie Canal route, Ivan Gorodess, a client, was enjoying a tour, Steve Eunpu was blazing a trail on the W&OD Trail, and a few of the commuting regulars were riding. All the while I was being hit by rain, I thought about how I was getting ready for the Longest Day on the Canal ride, and I smiled...big... Pick your goal event. Walking a mile. Running a 10k. Riding the Spring Sampler. Whatever, pick it, and let it motivate you!!!
