I saw Leo today for about an hour. It took a little time for him to settle down. They had just taken the cath out of him. One of the Techs and I gave him 200 mls of subQ fluid because his bladder was empty. They will monitor him overnight to see if he urinates on his own and of course how much. He ate while I was there and gave me hugs and kisses. Today he settled into me, laid down all stretched out and relaxed into me as I sat there with him. He asked for tons of scratches from me and the tech, to his ears. He was just a love bug. We will see how he is tomorrow. I did ask the Vet if he would be willing to re-cath him if he doesnt urinate rather than going to the surgery and he said he would try a cath again and really wants to avoid surgery if we can. I was extremely encouraged to hear this because I had thought this was the last shot before surgery. I will update you on Monday as I hear any news. Prayers
